Visa , MasterCard, and checks are accepted for your convenience. Payment plans are available upon request. Please remember that insurance is not a substitute for payment. You are responsible for prompt payment of any deductible, copay or uncovered services. In order to keep costs reasonable, we ask that payment be made promptly at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
